Q: Will the tour go out rain or shine?

A: Yes! Our ATV’s are covered and are capable of handling all types of weather.  

Q: Is the cost per person or per ATV?

A: The cost of the tour is per ATV.  Each ATV holds up to 4 people.  If you are alone or only have 2 or 3 people, in your group, the price will still be for the full ATV.

Q: What should I wear on the tour?

A: We recommend comfortable casual clothing and closed toe shoes or boots.  You may also want to bring sunglasses and a hat.

Q: May I bring any food or beverage with me?

A: We will provide water on the tour.  No food or beverages are allowed.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Guests may cancel at any time by calling us at (636) 482-9463 or replying to your email confirmation.  Cancellations received within 24 hours of your scheduled tour departure time are non-refundable.

If you have purchased vouchers for this tour through a booking agency (Expedia, Groupon, etc.) you will need to contact them for their refund policy.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We depart from Mount Pleasant Estates in Augusta, MO on a private bus to our ATV staging area located on the Hoffmann Farms property.  From there you will be assigned your gator for the tour.  After your vineyard tour you will be brought back into town for the remaining parts including the production and cellar tours.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement and is it safe for children?

A: Driver’s must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid US Driver’s License.  

Q: When will my card be charged?

A: Your credit card will be charged the day before your tour and will be provided a receipt via email for your records.

Q: Are we able to do a private tour?

A: Yes! Please contact our sales professionals to reserve.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes! If you purchase your tickets online directly from us you are guaranteed to receive the lowest advertised price.
